  • Strategy Development:

    • Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Develop annual marketing plans and budgets.

  • Campaign Management:

    • Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
    • Coordinate with creative teams to develop marketing materials, including advertisements, promotional content, and branding assets.
  • Team Leadership:

    • Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
    • Allocate resources and manage projects to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Analytics and Reporting:

    • Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. Prepare and present reports on marketing performance and ROI.
    • Utilize data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing efforts. Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.
  • Brand Management:

    • Oversee the development and maintenance of brand identity and messaging. Ensure consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
    • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support marketing activities.
  • Customer Engagement:

    • Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention. Monitor customer feedback and address concerns or opportunities for improvement.
    • Implement loyalty programs and promotional activities to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Budget Management:

    • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
    • Track expenditures and report on budget performance, making adjustments as needed to stay within budget.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or additional certifications (e.g., MBA, CIM) are a plus.
  • Experience: [X] years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns and leading a marketing team.
