  • Fee Payment: Clients agree to pay the recruitment fees as outlined in our agreement. Fees are due upon receipt of the invoice and are non-refundable.

4. Candidate Obligations

  • Accuracy of Information: Candidates agree to provide accurate and truthful information regarding their qualifications, experience, and employment history.
  • Notification: Candidates agree to notify Way 2 Heights promptly of any changes in their job search status or contact information.
  • Interview Conduct: Candidates agree to conduct themselves professionally during interviews and other interactions with potential employers.

5. Fees and Payment

  • Recruitment Fees: Fees for recruitment services are detailed in the service agreement. Fees are typically calculated based on a percentage of the candidate's first-year salary or a fixed fee, as agreed upon.

6. Confidentiality

8. Termination

  • Client Termination: Clients may terminate the recruitment agreement with written notice, subject to any outstanding fees or obligations.
  • Candidate Termination: Candidates may withdraw from the recruitment process at any time by notifying Way 2 Heights in writing.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or as otherwise communicated. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
